Quotients of F-spaces
Let X be a non-locally convex F-space (complete metric linear space) whose dual X' separates the points of X. Then it is known that X possesses a closed subspace N which fails to be weakly closed (see [3]), or, equivalently, such that the quotient space XIN does not have a point separating dual. However the question has also been raised by Duren, Romberg and Shields [2] of whether X possesses a...
متن کاملHyperkähler Quotients, Mirror Symmetry, and F-theory
Using the graphical method developed in hep-th/9908082, we obtain the full curve corresponding to the hyperkähler quotient from the extended E7 Dynkin diagram. As in the E6 case discussed in the same paper above, the resulting curve is the same as the one obtained by Minahan and Nemeschansky. Our results seem to indicate that it is possible to define a generalized Coulomb branch such that four ...
متن کامل1 M ay 2 00 9 The fully residually F quotients of F ∗ 〈 x , y 〉
We describe the fully residually F groups; or limit groups relative to F ; that arise as the coordinate groups of irreducible systems of equations in two variables over a free group F that have coefficients in F. We use the structure theory of f.g. fully residually free groups and Bass-Serre theory. In particular we use foldings sequences for subgroups of fundamental groups of graphs of groups.
متن کاملf-DERIVATIONS AND (f; g)-DERIVATIONS OF MV -ALGEBRAS
Recently, the algebraic theory of MV -algebras is intensively studied. In this paper, we extend the concept of derivation of $MV$-algebras and we give someillustrative examples. Moreover, as a generalization of derivations of $MV$ -algebraswe introduce the notion of $f$-derivations and $(f; g)$-derivations of $MV$-algebras.Also, we investigate some properties of them.
